QuietScore iOS App — Licensing

The QuietScore iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading and using QuietScore from the App Store you agree to those terms.

Subscriptions

QuietScore offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Home, Studio, and Business tiers) sold through Apple's App Store. Subscription length and price per period are shown in-app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable Use of This Website

quietscore.app is provided for informational purposes — to describe the QuietScore app, host its support documentation, and link to the App Store. You may read, link to, and reference this site freely. Don't scrape it for commercial republication, automate excessive requests against it, or attempt to disrupt service for other visitors.

Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

The Sound Isolation Score is a practical estimate, not a certified lab measurement. It is comparable to professional STC and Rw ratings but does not follow the ASTM or ISO testing protocols required for code compliance, legal disputes, or commercial acoustic certification. For those purposes, hire a qualified acoustic consultant.

We make no warranty that any specific score will be reproduced under different conditions, equipment, or operators. Use the score as a tool for relative comparison, not as a guaranteed objective measurement.

Intellectual Property

The QuietScore name, logo, scoring methodology, and the design of this website and the app are owned by us. The Apple logo, App Store, AirPlay, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names mentioned on this site or in our guides are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The app and this website are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuietScore — for example, decisions about purchasing materials, renting a property, or modifying a building based on a measurement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app or this site after changes constitutes acceptance.
